We do not have a storefront. We provide our products over the Internet, at Craft Shows and on Consignment. If you are going to pay by Check or Money Order you can use our Contact page to place your order. Please do not put credit card information on our contact page. If you wish to order by Credit Card, please use our Shopping Cart or call us directly. We ship next day as soon as payment is verified. You can also order by mail or by phone at (412) 833-4447. Shipping
Shipping charges will be added to the order. Currently we do not ship to AK, HI or overseas - we will entertain it if requested. On most of our items shipping is around $10.00 for ground. We will also ship priority two day if requested - you will be charged accordingly. We ship the next day after your payment is verified. We take great care to tie the item securely for shipping so that arrives at its destination without damage. Please inspect the item thoroughly when it arrives and note any damage that may have occurred in shipping.
Returns
If for any reason, you are not happy with a purchase, do not remove the arrangement from the box. That way it's easy to return the item. We will credit the price of the item (excluding shipping charges) or exchange it. Before you do return the item, give us a call at 1-412-833-4447. This guarantee is unconditional for 30 days provided that the item arrives at our location undamaged and in new condition. We ask that the product be returned in new condition and in its original packaging, tightly attached to the box, so that it will not be damaged in return shipping.
